THE BET SHEMESH SPORTS COMPLEX
Nearly 3 years ago, (2016) the city of Beit Shemesh provided the Israel Association of Baseball with the land for a baseball sports complex. Construction of the Bet Shemesh baseball field was inaugurated with a ceremony that included some celebrity guests, some Jewish MLB baseball players. The complex which will include a regulation-size baseball field for adult play and two smaller fields for youth baseball, batting cages, dugouts, lights, and spectator stands. In September 2020, construction finally began.

Bet Shemesh Baseball Park - December 9, 2020
JNF Project Baseball is working to build a Baseball Facility in Beit Shemesh, which will be known as the Bet Shemesh Sports Complex. They are ensuring the best possible conditions for play at all times. This field can generate revenue through rentals to other sports and offer Israel opportunities to host international competitions such as European Championships and World Baseball Classic Qualifiers. The Baseball Facility will feature a full-sized field with corner fields for little league games, and is equipped with dugouts, a bullpen, and batting cages.
PHASE 1
What We’ve Been Up To....
In the First phase we are leveling the ground, and installing our drainage system. Our drainage system will ensure that even if it rains the water will be drained quickly, and efficiently to ensure our field will be dry for use as soon as the rain stops. We hope Bet Shemesh gets a lot of rain this season to test the drainage system.- Picture Taken 10/15/2020
